The 2006 Canadian Census

I didn't think to mention it in my last blog, but this year is a census year for Canada and there are some interesting changes to the new questionnaire.


I think the most notable change is a new check box, that each respondant can check off if they wish to allow their responses to be available to the public. This sort of information may be quite valuable to genealogists of future generations.
