Tiny Tafel Reports

I hadn't used this reports all that often before, but they sure are a quick and handy way to keep a surname list available.

These simple reports can be generated by most genealogy software programs, and produce a list of surnames of direct ancestors. I've been keeping a copy of my own Tiny Tafel report in my purse, and it's come in handy more than once when I've been browsing through books or making an unexpected stop at the library. You just never know when you might want to do a little bit of research, so it's good to be prepared.
